Alas, a homebaked rendition of Blueberry Cheesecake~!


dad, sis & my maid all gave good comments; cheese is good and the toppings yum. but i'm still pretty unsatisified with it: wanted a finer texture and a crispier base.guess i should move away from using rich tea biscuits the next time round. will definitely try out more for improvement!
