Now just right after my rants on dessert therapy, i made sure i got my fix.

Dear drove me down all the way to Bukit Timah for some decent icecream after dinner at Mad Jack Cafe. Its a must-have for the sweeth-toothed like me!



My treat to a double scoop for each of us- one is never enough. heh.


Very Berry & Burnt Caramel

omg, how i loved this 2 flavours to bits! Very Berry tastes a tad like the premium Haagen Dazs' with its creamy base and generous chunks of frozen berries thrown in. you can call it a supreme pirated version. Smooth Burnt Caramel had a unique rustic taste without being oversweet, nicely-done!


Ice Kachang & Fresh Banana- his type of flavours, not exactly my type. Banana one really tasted strongly of the real fruit while the Ice Kachang contained lots of ingredient bits- even attap seeds! he was so full of praise for that local infusion.

When things get so good, its difficult to stop. wanted to try the Baked Alaskan but couldn't guess what was inside so we whacked for an apple pie instead!


Apple Pie with Strawberry Sorbet- nothing impressive though, and i still prefer my creamy fattening icecreams to icy sorbets =x



This is definitely something worth our trip here (:
