Ah Teng's Bakery

After the movie, Sarah and i trained down to City Hall.



Our high-tea session's just gone a little retro. Ah Teng's Bakery, located at Raffles Hotel- cakes are excellent, price is low, ambience perfect for tea and chit-chat.






Williams- both of us agreed this is damn good! gosh, that layer of chocolate mousse in the middle was heavenly deep in cocoa unlike those lousy ones around...with bits & slices of stewed pear adding subtle crunches to the soft sweet pear mouse above. feel that sugar rush!


Chocolate Cheesecake- very rich quality cheese on a soft chocolate cake base. the dome shape is so cute =x

Sarah's Red Berries tea turned out to be so awfully red and it sure got her pretty disgusted, haha.

eee...looking so like blood.



Despite that, the quaint and old-fashioned ambience was suprisingly likable. especially when we had those delicious slices... oooh.
