this could be my last culinary demo...
BBQ Chicken Burgers + Potato Salad.
the minced chicken was marinated, hand-shaped into patties, pan-fried before being coated in a saucy Heinz BBQ flavour. then it is assembled with lettuce, cheese, tomato and a dab of mayo between buttered buns... sided with portions of bacon-egg-potato salad (which were pretty well-received). woohoo.

Majestia 23 was held at the Esplanade this year.
after a dinner of subway & MOF icecream with peckhong, we hurried down to the esplanade for entrance. the concert ended pretty late (prolly at ten) and that last piece of "Star Wars Trilogy" took 17 solid minutes. whoa.
