Cheers, Culinary

a CHC-packed day for me.

it was the JC1s Orientation for the second intake. decided to make finger sandwiches for the club since i may require some to skip lunch for preparations. woke up at 5am for these!

egg mayo, ham & cheese sandwiches

glad they appreciated my efforts,
all were cleared with a couple of good comments (:

things worked out quite well. we were supposed to have a bigger attendance count but a few was assigned to the BMTC school trip. station games went on smoothly and everyone played a part to contribute to the success!

after that ms ye drove us (S.H.E) to Chinatown Point to get materials for IFW earrings making, then dinner with three-quarts of the exco.
president, vice president & treasurer

Hot Tomato Express @ Plaza Singapura

we were drawn in by their cute enticing concept with quick, afforadble and fuss-free food. the food was alright in value sense, since i was semi taste-blunt today due to flu. Grill Pork Chop & Sausage Combo for huiming, Teriyaki Chicken Chop for stella plus we all shared a carrot cake!

Fresh Salmon with Tomato & Mango Salsa ($9.90)- the salmon was moist, fleshy and kept surprisingly raw on the insides. came with some spice-packed aglio olio.

Carrot Cheese Cake ($3)- dry, crumbly and mediocre version.

more S.H.E outings to come.
i can't believe we're all carrot cake lovers! lol.
